As a coach, my goal is to work with you to be clear on where you are now, where you want to go and how you can get there.

I have worked on most 'types' of change, including technology rollouts, organisational transformation, digital transformation, cultural transformation, relocations and reshoring, culture shifts, process change and new product deployment, building Enterprise Change Management capability and maturity - looking at how we can best achieve the behaviours and mindset shifts needed to land and sustain the results.

How we work with our clients

Giving back

We support Australian-wide charities that are about change at a fundamental level – for individuals, families and communities. We have chosen charities where in excess of 97% of funds go to their clients.

We are proud to donate 5% of every sale to Diginity and The Smith Family. We are also proud partners of Pledge1%.

Dignity

We’re a charity with big ideas and endless optimism. We get things done and constantly dream up ways to do things even better.

Everything we do is guided by two core beliefs:

  • Every person should be treated with dignity
  • Together, we can end homelessness in Australia.

We do more than help people who are experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, homelessness. We treat everyone with dignity and empower people to find a fresh way forward.

Founded in 2015, we’re already on our way to achieving our ultimate aim of ending homelessness. We have an extremely high success rate of getting our guests a positive outcome within 14 days, whether that’s getting them into the private rental market or connecting them with other service providers in their area. It’s a big goal, but we’re firm in our belief that – together, we can achieve great things.

  • 22 Locations
  • 250 People sheltered every night
  • 15,000 Meals served every month
  • 100,000 people empowered.

The Smith Family – Learning for Life program

Education has the power to change lives and break the cycle of disadvantage.

To improve a young person’s chances to create a better economic future for themselves, research tell us it’s important for children to be engaged in school and stay until Year 12 or equivalent. But sadly not every child has the same opportunities to achieve this.

The Smith Family’s work focuses on Australian children in families and communities where we know it’s harder for them to fully participate in their education without some help.

The Learning for Life program provides emotional, practical and financial support to help disadvantaged children and young people with their education. Support starts in the early years of learning development and continues through primary and high school. Programs help build skills, knowledge, motivation, self-belief and a network of positive relationships with parents, peers and significant others. This support increases a young person’s likelihood of remaining engaged with school, completing Year 12 and developing realistic and informed study and career pathways for life beyond the school gate.

Pledge1%

Every day at Change in Practice, we help organisations and teams finds better ways to change and perform at their best. To be a great place to work that delivers great things for their customers, people and community.

We have recently partnered with Pledge 1%, a global movement spearheaded by Salesforce that encourages and helps companies to donate 1% of any or a combination of their staff time, product, profit, and/or equity to any charity they choose. The movement is gaining momentum steadily as leading organizations are participating and encouraging others around them to make giving back a priority.

We know it may look small, but it will definitely make a huge impact tomorrow in the lives of the people around us, our communities. We feel proud to be a Pledge 1% partner!
