Plan to Land the Change Workshop
Need a map of ‘where to next’ for your change? Need a post-implementation review from a people perspective?
This workshop is for you if you:
- Need to quickly take stock of where a particular change initiative is at and build a pragmatic plan to move people to adopt and sustain the change
- Need to ‘audit’ progress to your plan and get things back on track
- Want a longer-term plan to build better change management capability in your organisation
- Want to look at your current change management maturity and have a plan to improve it
Who? The program/project team including the Sponsor, Project Manager, Change Manager, Subject Matter Experts, specialists including Communications, HR, IT.
How? We will establish the current health of the project, determine the impacted groups, gauge the readiness of the people needing to adopt the change, determine the potential risks and how to reduce them, create a Sponsor action plan and Communication approach.
When is this workshop helpful? The advantage of this workshop is that it is relevant at any stage – even post Go-Live checkpoint or at launch. We also run this workshop for post-implementation reviews.

Using our Change Styles to Land Better Change workshop
Need you and your team to better work with and through change?
If you and your team want to better understand how you individually approach change and the impact that has on leading and landing better change, this workshop is for you.
Who? A manager and their team, managers, frontline employees.
How? We use Discovery Learning’s ‘Change Styles Indicator’ to explore 3 change styles or preferences – first as individuals and then as a team. What strengths do the preferences bring? What challenges do they present? How do you work more effectively?
When is this workshop helpful? As teams and leaders navigate current changes; as new people leaders move into their role at each new phase of the change initiative.

Our team can help you apply the methodology you have adopted and have deep expertise in the Prosci change management methodology, making sure you get the most out of your investment. Who? Anyone wanting to achieve higher levels of performance. This program is aimed at leaders of teams or business owners and is available as an open-enrolment public program OR for a group of leaders from an organisation.
How? The program combines self-paced online learning and resources and live sessions with a Neuro Change Coach from our team. Participants apply the techniques to their goals during the program, learning and developing new neural pathways, thinking and behaviours.
Duration: 8 weeks with 1 x 1.5hr live session each week.
Lead to Land Better Change Program
Need your people leaders to adopt more effective ways of leading their teams to adopt change?
If your organisation needs it’s people leaders to adopt more effective ways of leading themselves and their team through change, this program is designed for you.
Who? People leaders from team leaders to mid-level managers to your executive team.
How? We use Human Synergistics’ Life Styles Inventory (LSI) and Group Styles Inventory (GSI) as a starting point to determine a development plan for each participant and, over 3-6 months combine learning modules, real-life application, coaching and debriefing to help leaders more effectively lead and land change.
When is this workshop helpful? When an organisation is committed to long-term shift in it’s ability to lead and land better change.
Duration: 3-6 months – series of 1 day modules, online coaching, real-life application and debriefing.
Leader’s Roadmap Pack
